About Us
Troop 167 is and has been a scout led troop for many, many years. This means that our scout leadership decides and plans what we as a troop are going to be doing. Everything from our weekly emails to our Court of Honor is organized by our scouts.
The Patrol Leader's Council (PLC)
The PLC brings together the Senior Patrol leader, the Patrol Leaders and all other troop positions. The PLC decides on troop activities and how to implement them. Our adult leaders provide guidance, resources, and backstopping to help the decision-making of our troop's young leaders.
Our Adult Leadership
Troop 167 Arlington has a long and proud tradition of leaders who continue supporting and guiding the troop even when their scouts have moved on. We believe strongly in collective leadership, our Scoutmaster, and to model desired behavior for our scouts.
